• Chest Protector Measurement: Measure from the base of the neck (collarbone) down to the waistline (navel). This gear is designed to sit slightly higher to allow for a full squat without the protector pushing into the throat.
• Leg Guard Measurement: Measure from the center of the kneecap to the top of the cleats. Proper length ensures the ankle and shin are fully covered without the guards dragging on the ground.
• The "Gap" Test: When wearing the helmet, there should be no significant gap between the forehead padding and the player's head. If the helmet wobbles when shaking the head, it is too large.
