Return Window
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the exact condition received, and in their original packaging. Any item returned damaged, used, or missing original parts/packaging will not be refunded.
How to Request a Return
- Log into your account on our website and select the order you want to return.
- Select the item(s) and submit your return request.
- Once approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label via email.
- Pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Shipping Costs & Label Deduction
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The cost of the prepaid return shipping label will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 2 business days.
