New Bat Warranty Claims and Questions

WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT CLAIMS

Most new bats come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against defect, breakage,etc. Most high end wood bats have a shorter warranty period. Used bats purchased through 2nd String Sports do not have warranties. 

All new bat warranties and replacements are handled exclusively by the manufacturer, not by 2nd String Sports. We are happy to answer any questions you have via email, phone or in store, however. Used bats do not come with a warranty. New bats largely do, unless mentioned specifically in the listing. 

If you believe your bat is defective and is within the manufacturer’s warranty period (typically 1 year from the date of purchase), you must contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a claim.

REQUIRED: You will need your Original Proof of Purchase (receipt) from your purchase with us at 2nd String Sports to submit any claim.
