Our Selection Process

We take great pride in the quality of the items on our shelves. Because we want the next athlete to have a safe and successful season, we are selective about the items we accept. When bringing gear in for trade or sale, please keep the following in mind:

  • Condition is Key: Items must be in good to great condition. We cannot accept gear with structural damage, safety compromises, or excessive wear and tear.

  • Current Demand: Our inventory needs change with the seasons. While we would love to say yes to every item, we have to ensure there is a market for the gear so we can continue to serve the community effectively.

Payout Options: Cash vs. Store Credit

We want to give you the best value for your equipment. Depending on the time of year and our current stock levels, we offer two ways to get paid:

  1. Store Credit (Preferred): We always prefer to offer store credit. This is the best way to maximize your value! You can use your credit immediately to upgrade your player’s gear or save it in our system for a future purchase.

  2. Cash Buyouts: During our peak seasons, we may offer outright cash purchases for high-demand items.
